Heatherton United went in this week with high hopes and moral as they signed Zlatko from Knox City , Mirzet coming back from a small operation and the team ready for a win. The only players that weren't playing were Edo and Adis having the Flu, being rested and Jasmin for receiving a red card in last weeks game.

The game started off with both sides having possession of the ball, with both sides going forward but not being able to hit a goal. The game we being played very rough with some tackles going past the referee not seeing them but certainly deserved a look at. Heatherton broke the deadlock with new signing Zlatko shooting past the Southern Suburbs goalkeeper, the crowd was up and cheering, excited with the goal.

Ten minutes later with Heatherton not marking their players Suburbs went forward, a cross from the right landing in front of the striker to put them up a goal. Scores level at the half time break.

The two sides came for the second half with scores locked 1 - 1. The game heated up with more shots on goals from both sides. In the 60 minute Heatherton break and score their second goal of the game. After the goal there was a nasty incident which saw a player from each side receiving straight red cards.

The game was heating back up with players going into tackles harder than required more yellow cards were being handed out. Southern Suburbs were going up a dozen times and receive a penalty with 15 minutes to go for a clumsy tackle in the box. With great composure in goals Fikret saves the penalty with the Heatherton team happy and celebrating the save Fikret throws the ball down to Elvedin on the right immediately, Elvedin runs up the line crosses the ball to Marcus and Marcus hits Heatherton's third goal and seals the win.
